About Accessible Books Consortium (ABC)

The ABC Global Book Service is a free, global online catalogue of downloadable accessible format books for individuals who are blind, visually impaired, or otherwise print disabled.

The ABC Global Book Service catalogue is available in EasyReader with books in 18 languages in these supported formats: DAISY Audio with text, DAISY Audio, DAISY text, MP3, EPUB, PDF, MS Word.docx, and TXT.

The ABC Global Book Service contains contributions from libraries providing services to print disabled persons, known as Authorized Entities, operating under the legal framework of the Marrakesh Treaty.

A participating Authorized Entity in the ABC Global Book Service located in a country that has joined the Marrakesh Treaty and implemented its provisions in national law, can provide its patrons access to the ABC catalogue through EasyReader.

The ABC Global Book Service is an activity of the Accessible Books Consortium, a public-private partnership led by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

The titles contained within the ABC catalogue do not imply the expression of any opinion or endorsement whatsoever on the part of WIPO concerning their content.
