We are delighted to announce that Dolphin has successfully achieved ISO 27001 certification, the internationally recognised standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). This certification demonstrates our commitment to protecting information, safeguarding customer data, and continually improving the processes and controls that underpin our business. ISO 27001 provides a structured framework for identifying, assessing and managing information security risks across an organisation. ISO 27001 certification reflects a significant investment in strengthening our robust security management practices.

Achieving ISO 27001 certification gives our customers confidence that Dolphin manages information security in a structured, disciplined, and independently audited way. It demonstrates that we have established appropriate policies, procedures, risk management processes, and security controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.

A Team Effort
Achieving ISO 27001 has been a true team effort involving colleagues across the business. Information security is not solely the responsibility of the IT team; it depends on everyone following policies, using systems responsibly, protecting information appropriately, and remaining vigilant to potential risks. Special recognition goes to Stefan Pearson, our Technical Quality Manager who led the ISO 27001 implementation project and coordinated the work required to achieve certification. His dedication, attention to detail and commitment throughout the project were instrumental in reaching this important achievement.

ISO 27001 requires organisations to continually review and improve their Information Security Management System to address changing risks, technologies and business requirements.
