Dolphin Becomes an Accredited Living Wage Employer

We’re pleased to share that Dolphin has been accredited as a Living Wage Employer by the Living Wage Foundation.

This means that every member of our team receives fair pay that reflects the real cost of living. It’s a clear statement of our commitment to doing right by the people who power our business.

About The Living Wage 

The Living Wage is a voluntary initiative backed by thousands of UK employers. The rate is calculated independently each year to reflect the actual cost of essentials like food, housing and transport.

We recognise the scheme as an important benchmark for good employment practice for organisations that take their social responsibilities seriously.
