GETEM, the Technology and Education Laboratory for the Visually Impaired, is an e-library affiliated with Bogaziçi University in Turkey, providing access to thousands of audio and electronic works. Our collection includes novels, short stories, and poems, as well as textbooks and test books, articles, audio-described films, and podcasts featuring assistive technology tutorials.

Turkish citizens with disabilities, provided they document their disability, have the opportunity to download or listen to all of our works completely free of charge by becoming a GETEM member. For more information, please visit the GETEM website at www.getem.boun.edu.tr

The GETEM library holds digital and audio books, radio dramas and audio-described films. In addition, the library also records audio book narration and podcasts. It encourages people to find out more about accessibility and volunteer to record audio book narration.
