In this video, we’re going to show you how friends and family can use the Dolphin Video Calling Service to make video calls to people who use GuideConnect.

First, open the Dolphin website on your laptop, tablet or smartphone, then choose “Sign in.”

Enter the email address and password for your Dolphin Account. If you do not have a Dolphin Account, choose “Register new account” then follow the simple steps.

Once you are signed in, choose “Video Calling Service”. Your Video Calling contacts list will now be displayed.

Use the “Add contact” button to add your friend who uses GuideConnect to your contacts list. Make sure your email address is added in your friend’s address book in GuideConnect as well.

Choose “Settings” to make sure your camera and microphone are correctly set up for video calling.

You’re now ready to make a video call. Remember – your friend needs to have GuideConnect open to receive your call. If your friend has GuideConnect open, the icon next to their name will be green. Use the “Video Call” or “Audio Call” buttons to start the call.

We hope you enjoy using the Dolphin Video Calling Service. For more information about accessible video calling, visit www.YourDolphin.com/videocalling.
