About Library Partnership SLA

To ensure the best possible service, we encourage our library partners to opt for the Partnership Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Dolphin. The SLA offers you enhanced benefits, so you can continue to provide the service that best supports your library community. You will benefit from:

  • Access to statistics for your library's activity on EasyReader App
  • Three working days of development and testing for implementation

In response, we have introduced a Partnership SLA designed to provide reliable, proactive support while ensuring libraries receive exceptional value.

Benefits of the Dolphin Partnership SLA

Information Exchange

Scheduled meetings to share information, user experience feedback and discuss ideas for future improvement.

View Analytics

Access and review EasyReader statistics for your library, available on an easy-to-follow dashboard you can use any time.

Staff Support

Dolphin provides second-line support, communicating with your support staff on any technical issues relating to integration.

Development Roadmap

We will share the EasyReader App development roadmap with you, to keep you appraised of future plans.

Manual Testing

Dolphin manually tests your library integration and connection continuously during your SLA period, at a minimum of once for each EasyReader App update.

Dolphin DRM

Dolphin supports the DRM (Digital Rights Management) you provide to encrypt and protect library content. A Dolphin DRM is available for an additional fee.

Marketing Cooperation

In addition to library listings on the Dolphin website, Dolphin will reference collaboration with your library service in digital marketing material and product literature.

Development & Testing

Up to three working days of development and testing is available each year of your SLA for any maintenance, improvements and bug fixing related to implementation.

Account Management

Your Dolphin Partnership SLA is managed by Anders Frankenberg, who will organise your SLA and arrange meetings with you and the Dolphin EasyReader team throughout the year.
