Dolphin Apprentice Wins Award

Congratulations to our colleague, Josh Garland, who won the Worcestershire Higher Level Apprentice of the Year award!

Josh won this award by achieving a Distinction in his end point assessment (EPA), and by demonstrating how much of a direct impact he has on the lives of Dolphin's end users.

Together with more of the best apprentices in the county, Josh collected his award at the glittering Worcestershire Apprenticeships Awards evening, joined by colleagues and family.

We are delighted that Josh has won Worcestershire Higher Level Apprentice of the Year. After being awarded the top grade distinction for his Level 4 Software Testing apprenticeship - which only two people have achieved to date - it was clear to us that his contribution to Dolphin should be awarded!

• "Josh seeks mentorship from the Dolphin Senior Leadership Team, which has been invaluable for his development."
• "He enjoys research and is adept at presenting the feasibility and benefits of implementing new systems to team members at all levels. Josh really embraces learning on the job."
• "Josh is keen to learn and works hard to demonstrate proficiency in order to progress his career."
