Following almost 30 successful years at Dolphin, I’ve made the decision to make a big change in my working life and to retire from Dolphin, to rebalance my priorities with work and family.

This has of course been a difficult decision. Dolphin has been a huge part of my adult life – I was 24 when I started as overseas sales administrator – and I’ve had the privilege of travelling all over the world for the company, including Japan, China, New Zealand, Europe, Canada and for two years establishing the US office.

Dolphin has changed immensely in that time, it has developed as a company in many ways: its expertise, professionalism and as a company that really cares for its staff and customers.  Being part of the Senior Leadership Team has been an honour, and I can’t speak highly enough of our fantastic Sales Team.

I am confident that this wonderful and committed group of people will continue to take Dolphin forward.

Thank you to everyone for making this the hardest decision I’ve ever taken!

Announcing the news, Noel Duffy, Dolphin CEO commented:

Jane has been with Dolphin for almost 30 years, during which time she built up strong and enduring relationships with staff in the company and our most valued channel partners. Jane has been an amazing asset for Dolphin during those years and she will be missed by us all.

To ensure our Sales channels continue to thrive, Simon Kitchen will become Chief Commercial Officer, undertaking overall responsibility for both sales and marketing at Dolphin, while Andy Didcott is appointed to a new role, overseeing international dealer management.

We are also recruiting for a new Sales Manager, and welcome applications. View the vacancy details and learn more about careers at Dolphin.
