Import files

The file types you can import include DAISY, EPUB, Microsoft Word documents, HTML, and Plain Text files. For a full list please see Supported file formats. The number of files you can import at any one time is restricted. Unlimited imports (including accessible PDFs) requires a subscription to EasyReader Premium or EasyReader Education.

To import a file using the Share option (supported by Apple, Amazon, and Android devices):

1. Open the App containing the file, for example, "Files", "Dropbox", or "OneDrive".
2. Select the file and choose "Share" or comparable option within the app.
3. Select "EasyReader".

To import a file using the EasyReader App Import option (supported by Amazon, Android, and Windows devices):

1. From the "My Books" screen, select the "Import" button.
2. Select the file.
3. Select the "Open" button.

To import a file using the Drag method (supported by Apple iPad and Mac devices):

1. Open the App containing the file, for example, "Files", "Dropbox", or "OneDrive".
2. Drag the file to the My Books screen.

The import process copies, converts, and adds the file to the "My Books" screen. When the import process is complete, the file opens in the Reader screen.
