In this video, you’ll learn how to control GuideConnect, using your keyboard and mouse.

Using a keyboard, you only need to remember 4 keys to move around the screen. The down arrow moves you to the next item on the screen. The up arrow moves you to the previous item on the screen. ‘Enter’ selects your item and opens a new screen, and ‘escape’ takes you back to the previous screen.

If you prefer to use the mouse, simply move the mouse pointer over an item. Click once to have the item read aloud, and click twice to open the item. You can also control GuideConnect by using the ‘side buttons’ located at the edges of the screen. Click the next and previous buttons move through the items, click the ‘OK’ button to select an item, and click the ‘back’ button to go back to the previous screen.

When you move to certain screen, GuideConnect will tell you when actions are available. To open the Actions menu, press “F2” on your keyboard, or click on the blue button at the top left of the screen.

There are two ways to get help in GuideConnect. Press “F1” on your keyboard for help for the feature you are currently using. Alternatively, press “F3” on your keyboard, or click on the yellow button, at the top right of the screen. Here you can find Help and Information about your device, such as notifications, whether you’re connected to the Internet, and more.

We hope you enjoy using GuideConnect. And remember, if you need help at any time, visit us online at, or contact your dealer.
