EasyReader Help & Instructions
Navigate a book using basic commands
You can skip through a book using controls on the Reader screen. You can configure the Reader screen to show a simple layout with minimal controls or choose a layout that provides additional navigation options. You configure the Reader screen layout and the scope of the controls in "Navigation settings".
Depending on your layout, you can do some or all of the following:
- Select a word in a text-based book to skip to that part of the book.
- Skip using the "Previous" and "Next" buttons. You can set the scope of the buttons in "Navigation settings".
Skip using the "Previous heading" and "Next heading" buttons.
- Skip using the progress slider. You can set the scope of the slider to the current section or the whole book in "Navigation settings".
You can also use common touchscreen gestures, Windows keyboard commands, and Mac keyboard commands to navigate a book.
